The location is vey nice and it’s close to the main road. We can take a walk in the moncus park and bourgeois park which are nearby. The apartment is nicely built and clean. The management is fantastic. It’s worth the price.

Generally, pretty good! The resident portal app is garbage even though it is required and they do not actively check it, and all of the extra fees is a little excessive. But once made aware of issues they are pretty on top of fixing them, or at least keeping you updated. And this is definitely one of the best places for the value of what you are paying for.

I have recently moved to this property and have had a very positive experience so far! The grounds are well kept by maintenance. The pool is always well kept and clean. Anytime I have any questions the office staff is always quick to help. The place is usually pretty quiet. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy place to live.
