August 11, 2024Generally, pretty good! The resident portal app is garbage even though it is required and they do not actively check it, and all of the extra fees is a little excessive. But once made aware of issues they are pretty on top of fixing them, or at least keeping you updated. August 4, 2024I have recently moved to this property and have had a very positive experience so far! The grounds are well kept by maintenance. The pool is always well kept and clean. Anytime I have any questions the office staff is always quick to help. The place is usually pretty quiet.
