lived here for 4 years. it was great in the beginning but when management kept changing hands it just got worse and worse. 2 years without heat because of the leins on the property so they couldn't get anyone to fix anything. General maintenance of the grounds was horrible. No maintenance. I moved out in the beginning of 2025.

Mice, roaches, building is always dirty and wreaks like bad cigarettes in every hall, takes weeks if not months to get even simple maintenance requests taken care of, and management forgets to communicate things like fire alarm testing or when the water is being shut off.

I love the location, the floor plans are nice and it's very handy by being close to all sorts of things in the city.
