Has gone downhill
December 23, 2021This property was great when I first moved here but it's terrible right now. It takes months for things to get repaired. The maintenance can be found sleeping in his truck with his cat that he brings to work. You can imagine the quality of work/ethics of a person that brings their pet to work with them. The repairs themselves are not very good either and he will start to talk to you condescendingly if you question any part of his work. It's a great place to live until something breaks.Review from Apartments.com
Well worth the $$
July 22, 2015I have lived here for over 3 years and I highly recommend this property. The units are beautiful with lots of space and storage, workout room is nice, grounds are well maintained. The staff is exceptional-very friendly and professional. Requests are handled right away and work is top notch. Units are well insulated for temperature and noise, and property is very quiet. Residents are very friendly, and there is a nice shopping center less than a block away. Nicest property in Yuba ...City/Marysville!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
