River Oaks Landing is a wonderful place to live. My apartment is beautiful and I also have a beautiful view from my deck. All of the staff are amazing and always willing to help when needed. They are so kind, courteous and friendly. I would recommend the River Oaks Landing in Garner, NC to anybody looking for a great place to live.

If you are looking for friendly and maxing staff, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet community, this is the place for you. If you are looking for pet friendly safe spaces, this is the place for you. I love living here, I love my home, it’s just fantastic. Most people have complaints, but not me, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I have lived here for 3 years, it’s always lovely and clean. The staff is so awesome, they are always friendly and welcoming, even when there is any concerns. I would recommend living here, if you are looking for quiet, nice, and clean property.

We recently moved into River Oaks Landing and we're still getting settled in. So far, the staff has been terrific -- they respond quickly to questions/any issues and work very hard to attack maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
