Beautiful, but grounds have declined
February 20, 2024Beautiful inside… nice and roomy with an enclosed patio and garage. The maintenance staff is amazing. They come immediately… are friendly and always get the job done. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the grounds have not been kept up for the last two years. No longer are they power washing once the pollen falling is over, no more mulch or pine being placed around shrubs or trees and I haven’t had any grass at all in my backyard for two years. It’s all dirt and mud when ...it rains. The rent increases from $140-$180 per month each year and although increases are expected… it’s sad when services have been taken away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible Grounds of River Oaks Village
March 25, 2023The apartment itself is very nice, and I love it. But grounds are awful!!!! When I first moved in 4 years ago, the grounds were green and lush!! The grounds have deteriated to no or dead grass, huge bare spots, pure ugliness, especially in the back part of the property. There has been no effort to weed and seed new grass. This shameful situation is fixable. But NOOO, they must want the property to lose its appeal and lose tenants. Who wants to live here in these conditions and pay their high ...rising prices. I highly recommend driving around that back areas, because the owners will not show that to you, it's so embarrassing. it's so sad!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
