Do Not Rent Here!!!
April 7, 2024Terrible Management company, look them up on the Better Business Bureau site to see the numerous resident complaints against them. My rent was increased over 500.00 a month during Covid for an outdated apartment. Poor follow through with Management on maintenance issues, or with general concerns of renting from them. This place has gone down hill considerably since Aion Managment purchased from a private owner 2 years ago.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT AT RIVER OAKS UNDER AION MANAGEMENT!!
December 6, 2022If you're considering renting at River Oaks, RUN - DON'T WALK!! I've been a resident here north of 10 years. This place was great, before AION MANAGEMENT took over last year and completely ran it into the ground. 1. The leasing office is open 1 (ONE) day a week, on Wednesdays. If you try reaching out any other day of the week, emergency or otherwise, you will reach a voicemail. You will not get a call back. 2. When they took over, they gave all of the current employees a courtesy interview and ...fired them all. There is one person that works there. In the last year their turnover is insane. 3. In the summer, my AC stopped working. They promised over and over they'd make it a priority, it took them 6 weeks to address it. 4. The maintenance man told me months ago that they've had roof issues leaking in my building, and they'd take care of the wiring problems in my unit. Never happened. 5. They have no issue parking a dumpster 10 feet from my door in the parking lot, letting it overflow with garbage for weeks and letting raccoons and rats infest the complex. They've done it multiple times. I could go on and on but I'll try to keep it short. Take your money elsewhere, River Oaks under Aion Management's control is not a place you should consider living.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
