Leasing staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. It is very quiet and you feel very safe at night walking your dogs. If you ever do have a problem it is addressed immediately. We love being a part of this community!

We moved in June 2023 and have been very happy with our apartment. The apartment is super spacious with the biggest bathtub I have ever had in an apartment and closets big enough to fit a bed in. We are close to the school, park and grocery store which makes life a little easier. My daughter and I love it here and plan to stay for a while.

The manager is very courteous and respectful. We got moved in in a very timely manner. Since we’ve been here, it has felt like home. Having two bathrooms is a life changer!! I like that there are community events planned for the children! I would highly recommend this complex!

Absolutely love it here! Very quiet no noise complaints. I absolutely love the convenience of the Washateria’s on site. All staff is friendly and willing to help anyway they can. Love the pool. Maintenance is always on time and very prompt with every issue no matter how big or how little.

I really love living at River Oaks! The owners have fixed this place up nice. Everything inside my apartment is new and working, and the grounds are well kept. Maintenance is good and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. And the rents are very reasonable. I highly recommend this apartment complex. J. Lee #408
