        River oaks apartments are really quiet I have had zero issues living here.the grounds are well maintained.The staff are friendly as well as the maintenance. Location is great because most stores are within walking distance (not that I walk to the stores) I would definitely recommend river oaks apartments. Oh the only bad is the water does get shut off a lot due to water leaks the apartment manager is always on top of it. It can be a little irritating not anyone's fault you can't control when ...

        I have been here 3 years and have witnessed both good and bad...For the most part it is a great place to live and as of now i will continue to live here...Maintenance has always done great work, the office staff has been great at resolving issues to the best of their ability, the grounds are always kept clean, it is a large compound and not perfect but it is close to it...anyone that has lived in apt complexes knows the bad goes with the good, it is a matter of finding the balance for the ...
        scales to tip towards the good and so far this is the case here...I so enjoy living here and plan on doing so for quite awhile. Thank you ! Tamira F.

        I have had a very positive experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well maintained, the apartments are clean, and the views are excellent. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally Mike, in particular, provides outstanding service with clear communication and high-quality work. Overall, this is a well managed property that I would highly recommend to others.
