January 21, 2025Maintenance crew is respectful. The complex overall is quiet and clean. It’s pet friendly, though it would be nice to have a dedicated Dog area. The neighbors are all very kind in my experience and offer what feels like a safe environment.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025Moved in a few months ago at this point and have had a positive experience so far! Met the neighbors right away from my building and they were all warm and welcoming! We’ve also liked our interactions with office staff so far. The main negative so far and reason for taking a star away has been the lack of parking. We had to pay for a garage because we have two cars and each unit only gets 1 spot. Our spot is also a covered spot, so our truck doesn’t fit under it with our rooftop tent, nor will it ...fit in the garage when the tent is on. Guest parking is very limited as well.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2024The space is just what I was looking for however the noise, from welding stairwells, road construction and traffic has been awful. The greater part of my discomfort, Royal Oaks has no control over. for more than a year the roadwork has been absurd and repetitive. Once I have only road noise to contend with I will settle down but the interruption to sleep at ALL hours has been he worst apartment experience ever. ask mr in the spring and I will be smiling again.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2024I would have to say that for the most part I've felt comfortable and at home.The other residents are quiet and polite and the service techs are a part of what I like about living here as well the head gentleman is experienced and is help full and available, They are per friendly for reasonable pet rent,they keep the grounds clean and maintained the weight room/ gym in the club house is awesome and it's use is available to the residents twenty four hrs a day seven days a week which is a great ...convenience if ya want to train while your laundry is being cleaned since most of the residents prefer to work out alone it's works great,I'd say principaly it's quiet,clean and the maintenance team are helpful.Property Manager Responded
