If you like living on a college campus this is the place to be. River oaks allows resident to have air bnbs . I have about 3 neighbors and the rest of the street are air bnbs. I have strangers blocking me in my garage every other day and there is always a lot of noise . Guests are only here for a short stay but then there's someone new every other day.

I have been living at River Oaks West for about 6 months and I have really enjoyed it. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, especially now that it is summer time and they are landscaping. My apartment is nice and quiet, neighbors are courteous and don't cause any issues. They recently changed the people who work at the front gate and they are doing a great job of not letting people in who don't have an ID. The extra level of security gives some peace of mind, I know that it was a big difference ...
maker for me when I signed. The workout room/pool area is always clean and is never too crowded. Overall it has been a nice experience and I would recommend it to any young professionals!

I have lived here for over almost 5 years and could not be happier. This is the most well kept apartment complex I have EVER lived in, I see workers consistently picking up trash, packing trash, landscaping and etc. making sure this complex keeps up with it five star name. The girls in the front office are not only beautiful and intelligent woman but more than polite and that is was sold me to live here, than when I found out that there is twenty four hour maintenance was a HUGE bonus. I have had a problem with my apartment the maintenance men are there the day of fixing what I could not fix, we are spoiled where we live to have such great men on call to fix everyday problems that people have with homes they purchase permanently. I have locked myself out of my own house plenty of times over the years and within minutes there is a worker to let me in? Where can you find that?! I think that atmosphere is beautiful here it is a wonderful family neighborhood in a great area, as well as a great place to raise a family. I am not planning on moving out of River Oaks anytime soon due to the wonderful workers and so many yearly holiday parties that are coordinated for us residents. We are lucky to still have wonderful five star apartments still like this in our area, if you are driving down Novi Rd. take a look and where the property's meet between River Oaks and Saddle Creek an apartment complex next to ours and you will sure to tell the difference!!

I have been here for 8 months now and loveee living here! The staff that I met have been great and very helpful. I moved here from Florida and it gives me that feel and reminds me of a resort down there. The health club/ spa is beautiful and the indoor and outdoor pool is great! I am definitely renewing my lease and look forward to another year living in River Oaks West!
