September 4, 2015well ive been living here now for allmost one year but ive been here before and when i was here about five years ago it was not the place to raise kids to much drugs was going on here at that time .but now in 2015 its much ,much,better now all that is gone from here. its a very clean place now elevators now work we have 4 of them in the building and the people are so kind with helping you here .the tenants association make sure you have packages on time and your mail is on time now.cause when i ...was here before it was so bad that all i wanted to do was just staY in my house because of the bad people that was there. but now i can sit out side until late night with no problems. and dont have to worry about my kids at all now when they go to the store or school i think we are living good here now but i just needed to have a peace of mine and now i have it here at river park towers apartments we watch the boats go bye from the windows the kids have a play area and we also can have cook outs here schools are right down stairs from the building stores are to we even have good parking to its the best place to live now so i being a tenant here i can say it rates 5 in my book .so thats how i feel about my building at river park towers rentalsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015River Park Towers...it's a site to see...it's a high rise building that over looks the Big Apple New York City...I enjoy being in my apartment a beautiful 3 bed room 2 bathrooms with a cute adorable kitchen and a nice living room with just right amount of space I really like its way better than where I use to live..I am just really happy that I moved out of shelter....into a place where my children are very happyReview from Apartments.com
My Plaza
August 28, 2015I love my area! We have parks, a pool and a state park for warmer weather. A supermarket steps out of the building and a laundry room in the building. School for the kids is literally less than 5 mins away. On it's way to becoming a great place to live. Not to mention The apartments are very specious!Review from Apartments.com
