March 30, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comPet friendly apartments, well maintained, right next to the river and River Barn Park. Great area just south of Mequon. Underground parking was ideal for the winter, I'm going to miss that! Had no complaints about neighbors in my building. Management and maintenance very responsive and friendly overall. I was comfortable and happy living here for the past 4 years!

April 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comLived here from 2015-2020. Would recommend if you don’t have children. Hallways/garage often smell like cigarette smoke/marijuana. People blast their music in their cars when coming/going all hours of the night. Or will sit outside in car blasting music. In summer can be very loud. Have rules where kids are “not allowed” to play in parking lots such as riding bikes, scooters etc which is unrealistic. Axium properties nickels and dimes you. You pay gas monthly which is quite expensive for an ...apartment of average 50-60$ in winter. They prop the garage door open when it snows but leave the heat on in the garages which is apart of gas bill that is split among tenants. Our apartment was severely out dated with yellow tile on walls and old counter tops. One thing that Was great was peer control lived there for 5 years and maybe had 3 spiders/insects the entire time living there. Essentially you get what you pay for.Read More

They are very active in accommodating the residents by making everyone feel comfortable and safe in their residence. My apartment is so cute and comfy with the convenience of heated underground parking. I've been residing here for 4 years and have yet to have a complaint. Definitely the best apartment and management I've ever experienced
