Poor Management / Maintenance Team
January 26, 2024While the apartments are beautiful, it does not make up for the lack of response from ANYONE in the offices. It has gotten worse in the 3 years I've been there and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease. This winter there has been little to NO snow removal and the sidewalks have been awful with ZERO comment from anyone in the office. They are quick to send out emails about resident complaints and lease violations issues but do NOTHING about it. But when we don't, and haven't, had enough trash bins for ...trash, their answer is to threaten that if we throw trash outside the bins they will go through it and fine us! Really? What are we supposed to do with our trash? This has been an issue for 3 years. Be CAUTIOUS before you move in here. They may be beautiful but are not maintained very well and management is not responsive.Property Manager Responded
