February 5, 2019If you're looking for more freedom from all the rules and regulations on campus DON'T move here. The walls are so thin and I've had trouble maintaining consistent hot water. They refuse to turn the pressure up on the water heater. So in return I suffer from luke warm showers.Review from Apartments.com

I haven’t lived anywhere else because they are affordable, but also a great place to live. It’s spacious, has WiFi, smart TVs ?, and more! There’s always events and activities for the residents. June 14, 2018I love Riverpointe. I have lived here since my sophomore year and I am an upcoming senior. The office is really helpful, welcoming, and ready to solve an issues at hand. They make sure you are taken care of. Maintenance is super fast. They are the only complex around campus where the cost matches the quality. Clean, spacious, and home-feeling. June 14, 2018River Pointe is one of the most affordable communities to live in in Carrollton with so much to offer. The office holds events for the residents in the leasing office at LEAST once a week. If I ever have an issue RP is on top of it. They are not strict like some other complexes. I also feel safe in this community because there's a cop that patrols the area late at night to make sure everything is good. overall everyone is friendly and the facilities are kept up with pretty well.Review from Apartments.com
