Worst place to live in Wagoner.
July 17, 2018I lived in Wagoner my entire life and this was by far the worst place I have ever lived and heard of. Maintenance never fixes anything, management sucks, owners suck, apartments won't stay warm in winter or cold in summer, parking sucks, and really the entire place sucks.Review from Apartments.com
Dont recommend.
October 21, 2015I don't recommend staying in these apartments if you never want your a/c to run like it's supposed to. my a/c would freeze up and it did it for 3 days straight and NEVER got the problem fixed. The maintance guy would put freon in the outside a/c unit and then come and tell me there is holes in all of them, and I asked him why doesn't he fix it and he said because he doesn't get paid so why would he. They say you can't have any big dogs but the people below us had 2 big dogs and they would bark ...and they would take up all 7 parking spots in front of the building we were in. In my opinion, the rent is too high for how low maintained they are.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
