Amazing Apartment!
May 20, 2025This complex is honestly the best! This was my first time living alone and this community has put me completely at ease! It's just a wonderful and safe place to live. The inside is amazing and so updated and has everything that I could ask for. Linda at the leasing office is always so helpful. Great apt and staff! <3
March 22, 2025Riverpointe was honestly the best apt I've lived in. The apt was beautiful. I lived in a 1 bedroom. The living room area and adjoining kitchen were large and lovely and wow, the bathroom was honestly just a luxury. Really the best shower ever! There was a courtyard area too, with benches that you can sit at, which was a nice place to go if you wanted to just sit outside for a bit to enjoy the weather. The apt also had frequent food events for the neighborhood. For instance, the one I had gone ...to, a chief from a local restaurant in Philly came by and made meals for everyone. It was delicious! :) Linda, the property manager, was also a sweetheart. She was always so helpful with any concerns. Quick to answer emails and if you just stopped by at her office to talk, she was always so pleasant and never turned you away. Linda was also incredibly helpful with the move out process. I ended up having to leave earlier than expected, and she was so helpful in arranging everything so I could leave with ease. I honestly can’t thank her enough for the help and for her kind words before I left. I highly recommend Riverpointe for the beautiful apts and for the wonderful staff. Great Community, Nice apartments, Great Staff, Great for Dogs
January 6, 2024I really enjoyed my time at River Pointe. Linda and the staff are always available, helpful and really create a great community atmosphere. The apartments are new and beautiful. I don’t think you will find a better shower anywhere in South Jersey. For those who commute in the greater Philly area, it is legit on the intersection of 5 highways to go any where you need to go. This is also a great place if you have a dog and like dogs. I have a dog and all other dog owners were always cautious ...and courteous with their dogs and I never had any issues. The property manager Linda was incredibly helpful with the move in and move out process and I can’t thank her enough. Great Staff - Easy location
November 19, 2023River Pointe was my wife and I’s first apartment. Linda, the property manager was amazing to work with and guided us through the rental process. She has always been available to speak at anytime and knows each resident by name. Her transparency and compassion created a great tenant/property management relationship. Work orders were completed extremely quickly, and if they were going to take longer, maintenance was completely transparent. The location is ideal for anyone commuting to ...Philadelphia due to the location of 676, 42, and 295. The community is safe, well lit and full of good tenants. The dog park within the community allows the pups to run around and play with other dogs. Grilling pavilions are scattered throughout the complex with large lawns for recreation. Super clean apartments, convenient parking, SAFE (secure gated driveway and walkway), in unit laundry, fast Fios internet, and many more amenities. All of the tenants are working professionals so I never had to deal with any noise issues. It’s close to all of the major highways including 76, 295 and you can get into the heart of Philadelphia or Camden in less than 10 minutes! Great location for any Philly hospital, Cooper, Inspira, or even ...Christiana. You also avoid the major traffic because of where you get on to and off the highway.
