Very poor management, 3 months after signing rental agreement, you will be receiving letters after letters about renewing your application; rude manager with no manners.
She will show up to the office hours after operation hours, so if you have plans forget it, wait for her if not you’ll be getting an eviction notice

Poor management. Way too many rules imposed. High water bill. It's almost like you're living in prison. Inspection after inspection after inspection. I wouldnt reccomend anyone to live here.

MANAGEMENT IN OFFICE NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE

I had an appointment to fill out an application at River Pointe and the first thing i saw when i walk in was a lady with a long face that as an office personal does not have the courtesy to even say good morning. My 27 year old Daughter was with me and had her 6 month old baby with her. The baby started making sounds and the lady got uncomfortable and told my daughter "Can you take that thing outside" and my daughter said to her, "Excuse me, he is not a thing he is a baby and he is only 6 months ...
old. The lady told my daughter that his noise does not let her listen. Then my daughter replied again that her son is not a thing and why did she referred to him as a thing. The lady got up from the chair and raised her voice and said to my daughter this is my office and I'm not going to get disrespected in my office. Thats when i step in and told the lady why are you raising your voice and she said that my daughter had an attitude. The first person who stood up and raise the voice with an attitude was the office lady simply because my daughter ask her why did she called her baby a thing. After that everything got heated and i told my daughter lets go. I have always believed that a person who works in an office must have the ethics to work with different types of people. Unfortunally the office lady has no experience or decency to be working in an office. I wich i had the corporate number but i hope they read this!!!
