If you're looking for an apartment to help get you back on your feet, this is the one!
August 3, 2023Long story short, I've been hunting for some place to live with my daughter and dog, and after years of avoiding this complex due to it's history, the new management that has taken over are focused on keeping the property looking great, helping it's residents when they're in need of it, and will walk you through the process of renting. From the first handshake to the keys being given to you, they are helpful and understanding. Only thing I suggest is ask as many questions as you can. Know ...everything that you're paying for. I didn't ask nearly enough questions are costs, amenities, etc. But I love my cute townhouse and can't wait to fill it with memories of a fresh start.Property Manager Responded

Do better.
July 26, 2023The lack of communication between previous and new management is terrible. There were RATS and mice all over the place and maintenance barely came by when you put in a request. They don’t do anything when you complain about neighbors filth , there was a young boy who got shot ( by drive by) literally right outside our window in the parking lot. The grass stays unkept and they raised rent for nothing to be updated. The ceiling was low by the back door, looking like it would cave in at any moment. ...I’m so glad we moved and no longer have to worry about rodents tearing through our food in the cabinets ( there was an open space between the dishwasher and cabinet tht I as a resident should not have been able to see. Just poorly maintained, if you are not from the area don’t be fooled by the prices and fake pictures they have posted on their actual website like we were. Do your research and take your time when picking a place for you and your family.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional
June 15, 2022I moved from Fort Bliss Texas due to a military move and was supposed to move in January but found that the place was not ready when I was told it would be and when I attempted to go to the office, it was locked. Later that night when I had to find a hotel, someone texted me and said everyone was out because of Covid. I asked for my deposit back and was told I would get everything minus 200 back. March 18, 2021This place is a joke, they have roaches, rats, mice and fill of mold and mildew in the windows,bathroom and growing on the walls, windows and carpet, no matter how many work orders you put in nothing never gets fixed, they do not care about the attendants, the rent is way over priced the apartment's are dirty when you move in the maintenance men don't know how to fix nothing. They all stand out by the office and smoke all day. they drive threw the apartment's like they are crazy, cars and ...apartments get shot at, they don't ever give you your lease on time and when you ask for it, you never get it, this is really the worst place to live, the lady's in the the office are unprofessional and rude.
