January 8, 2026I can’t say enough about this place. I actually moved out and came back that’s how amazing my experience has been. Hetal and Shaun have been a big reason why I stay and came back. No matter what happens and if you need help, you can count on Hetal and Shaun to come through and help. This property is old but they do an amazing job making you feel like it’s a newer property. January 8, 2026If you are considering moving to Riverpointe, do not hesitate !!! As a resident here for almost 6 years I can truly say I love it here and am happy I considered RP to be my home . December 3, 2025Love it here ???? Best place to live, The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments, and public transportation. The pool and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. July 25, 2025all my amenities are broken all the time and it’s frustrating. and not worth the money. i’m always putting in maintenance requests and it feels like every time something is “fixed” something else is broken.Property Manager Responded

Great Place To Live!
June 14, 2022River Pointe has the best location. I mean, it is mins. away from all major highways and the grocery store is across the street. My one complain is the residents that don’t pick up after their pets.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place And STAFF!!!!
June 14, 2022River Pointe for me has been a wonderful experience. Hetal in the office is ALWAYS available to help/can questions. Every time I have had issue she always responds in a timely manner. I see Shaun/ignacio all the time and they are doing an amazing job maintaining the pool and fitness center which I love to use. This complex is old and I wish the units were upgraded but I can “overlook” that because of the service they give.Property Manager Responded
