Avoid This Place at All Costs!

This is hands down the worst leasing office I’ve ever dealt with. They will try to charge you for anything they can think of, and they are completely unreasonable about it. Their cleaning fee? $385 for just the basic cleaning of a 1-bedroom apartment, and they made sure to let me know that’s the bare minimum. If they decide anything needs extra cleaning—like shampooing carpets or whatever—you’re getting charged even more.
What really got me was how they suddenly started charging for things that ...
were free before. Their excuse? They said it was “just courtesy” that they didn’t charge during the lease, but now it’s “normal” to charge for those same services. Total nonsense.
Also, if you’re moving out, be prepared—they expect the place to look exactly like it did when you moved in, down to the tiniest detail. If it doesn’t, you’ll be hit with an insane bill that’ll make your head spin.
Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place and their management as possible. You’ll save yourself a lot of stress and money.
