May 15, 2016We have lived there a year and a half. Management companies changed three times in that 18 month span. Two cars and a truck were stolen and a tailgate. Security cameras don't cover all of the apartments. The management refused several times to give surveillance footage to officers upon request to help residents when crime happens. Cops come almost every day. Very noisy. Kids (7-10 years old)use the parking lot as a play ground instead of going to the one across the street, please be careful when ...driving. Kids have pulled up street signs and pulled down the apartments signs, damaged cars and will climb into the beds of trucks. If that wasn't enough, the apartments are infested with roaches. We keep everything in sealed containers. We sweep and use bleach water to wipe down the counters and mop often. We keep our drinking glasses, plates, and sanitary items like contact solution and containers, tooth brushes in the refrigerator. They will fall on you in the middle of the night. Our neighbors complained back in July of last year the the security light was out and a month later their truck was stolen. The security light was finally replaced in April.
