Friendly staff and quiet neighbors.
November 15, 2024I recently moved into River Ranch. The office staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made the process so easy. I have wonderfully quiet neighbors. I was hesitant about moving into an apartment community for this reason, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the level of peace and comfort here. Great Place
March 29, 2024Great place. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Work orders are fixed very quickly, next day if not same day normally. Rooms are very spacious. The internet can be spotty at times, and the Pavlov tech support is typically clueless at best, but other than that, great place. Nice
February 1, 2024Well for starters we were able to catch a deal that lowered our rent a good amount but other that the apartments are really nice and the maintenance is always there within a day or two. No waiting weeks to a month just to have something fixed. Office staff are really nice and help out whenever they can. Overall my stay here so far has been great!Property Manager Responded

Perfect for College Students and Young Adults!

Great place to live
May 4, 2021This is a great place to live. I have lived here for about 2 years now and they have only improved since being here. They have people come out and keep up with the grounds work often so it always looks nice. It is also close to ASU, Walmart, and for me work. I really love the little hangout area, where my friends and I can play pool or poker. Also during the summertime a nice saltwater pool is AMAZING and refreshing. I am sad that I am moving to Houston, but the stay here at RR has been amazing. ...?Property Manager Responded

Poor management
March 2, 2018I've lived there a,long time . The old apt manager was great, Deb This guy Presley is never there, none of the staff has any answers so they have to ask the manager. You pay for the security gate that never works. I was out of heat a few days and got little space heaters that jacked up my electric bill,not one word from the manager. Horrible neighbors upstairs
October 30, 2017Im on my first month on this apartment. And i live on the first floor. My neighbors upstairs are worse than wild safari animals. Theirs steps are heavy. They do laundry at night. Kids running and yelling after 10 pm. Leasing office was informed and i was given three options: find a replacement to assume my lease, pay for the entire year or 11 months remaining, or pay two months plus 1500 hundred dollars. All of this because my neighbors are uncivilized humans with no regard to neighbors, who does ...not know anything about respect to other people’s lives. Im very upset as im writing this.
