Exceptional Front Office & Outstanding Apartment Setting
March 2, 2026After touring several apartment communities, I ultimately chose River Reach because of their exceptional follow-up and genuinely friendly service. From the very beginning, Genevieve and the team were responsive and transparent. All of my question and concerns were answered promptly and honestly, which made me confident in my decision. Lastly, this community feels more like a home than a sterile, transient apartment complex. Hidden gem
January 29, 2026We were looking endlessly for apartments and stumbled across River reach which is truly a hidden gem. The complex has two pools, a gym, a pet park, nature walk trail around a lake, storage for boats/jetski’s. Bicycle rentals and even two kayaks you can take out for the day, and even a fishing pier. It’s also lined with nature throughout the entire complex which is genuinely beautiful and really brings in that Florida essence. So happy that we found this place, I love it. Good management and amenities
May 22, 2024I have been looking for a community that is safe and with a lot of services. And here I found my dreams come true; two awesome pools, always cleaned and with a nice grill area, a nice gym and a boat ramp, and a lot lot more… other than that the management is awesome, the help those guys and girls gave me was remarkable… I admit I lose my belongings way too often, but I have been always helped to find them and for any kind of help they always nice and willing to help you. Think twice
December 7, 2023The ladies in the office were very nice and quick to help me when I showed for my tour, the one who helped me was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The model apartment I was shown was very nice and looked like a great place to live, they told me they’d just redone the ground floor units and it felt fresh. When I left, I felt confident that this was the place for me. HOWEVER…as soon as the paperwork was signed, everything changed. The unit I was assigned was night and day from ...the model, I’d stop short of calling it a bait-and-switch but it wasn’t what I expected, maybe my expectations were too high. The renovation included them painting over an exposed breaker next to the thermostat, installing a door lock that was too far out of alignment to engage, and no hot water. What wasn’t beyond simple expectations was that the unit would have been cleaned before hand, there was dust on the floors, spiderwebs in the corners, and faint stains on the walls. I went back to the office and talked to the rep I’d been working with to tell her about the hot water and that the cleaning crew hadn’t done the work or it had slipped through the cracks and she assured me they’d go back through. (She was great the entire time, always there if I had a question.) That was a Friday morning and, when I came back Sunday afternoon, the water heater had been fixed but the unit hadn’t been cleaned. Shortly after I arrived, I noticed the floor of the laundry room was wet and the water heater leaking onto the floor. I called the emergency maintenance number and, to their credit, they were there within 60-90 minutes. My misgivings got the better of me, I decided to cut my losses and leave, Suddenly, management couldn’t be reached. I would call and leave my info with the ladies in the office and, sometimes, the property manager would get back to me in an hour or two or, sometimes, I’d have to call back the next day. I got a confusing explanation of how much I owed, paperwork that I had to have a 3rd party explain to me, and I asked for an itemized statement no less than 3 times which was ignored. All in all, this was an extremely unpleasant lesson that I paid through the nose to learn. I’m glad to be doneProperty Manager Responded

Not Luxury
July 26, 2022Maintenance is atrocious. It takes a long time to get anything done and it took 3 full days to get my A/C fixed. Dumpster is constantly full. Access to the Greenway is limited to when it is low tide. It is impossible to get there at high tide. The walls are thin and the list goes on. DISGUSTING OLD AND CRAWLING WITH ROACHES
May 18, 2022This place has been an a absolute nightmare since moving in place is filled with Roaches, it’s almost a daily event finding a roach crawling all over your stuff. The pools aren’t taken care of. The “MAITENENCE STAFF” is lazy and doesn’t take proper action when asked to do so. Has mold growing in all the AC units. This place is just the worst. PLEASE LEARN FROM ME ITS A COMPLETE DISASTER IN EVERY REGARD. Unless you like roaches crawling all over your shower, walls and you while you sleep.Property Manager Responded

Worst Office Manager in the Planet
February 13, 2020The Office Manager is horrible. RUN.... unless you like verbal abuse. This lady is very rude. My friend and I have overheard her screaming at her staff as if they were her children. I personally witness her yelling and cursing at residents. Her poor staff looks like they are mentally drained. I am sure that many people have left the community and decided not to rent due to her unprofessionalism My heart goes out to her staff. They are all young girls and must really need their jobs and deal with ...the abuse in fear of losing their job. Where as if a resident gets tired of her we can just move... I have NEVER met such a nasty person inside and out...Her staff should seek counseling and legal advice if they have reported this behavior to the company already because it is a toxic environment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
