Getto living at its finest
January 30, 2025If you value your family and life do not live here. You would be better living in the hood in Los Angeles. Guns going off all times of night. Drugs being sold. Cats and trash everywhere. Corporate office does nothing. Stay away or may God bless your soul.Review from Apartments.com

May 17, 2016I ONLY RATED 5 STARS SO THIS COULD BE READ!!!! This is very true about the leasing agent with the name beginning with an S! She gave me the run around several times AFTER putting in an application and not being able to contact them via phone. Once I was actually able to go in to check on my application status she then stated she had given me a call.. which was obviously a lie. Why would I waste my time and my gas to go in person if I received a phone call? There was also another individual ...sitting with her signing paperwork and I was just brushed to the side. In my honest opinion I believe she just wants to collect as many application fees as she can and is not truly concerned with helping an individual find their housing needs. The stairways are dirty even with the renovations they are conducting and it is true about people just hanging around. Needless to say, she's very unprofessional and seems to me that she wants a certain "type" of person signing a lease with her property.Property Manager Responded

Horrible leasing agent!
April 11, 2016The office worker was the worst! Very unprofessional and rude. I went for an appt about leasing (I came to see the property and find out more info but was told I should have brought a money order to apply when I know nothing about the complex) I didn't even get to ask any questions because there was another person in the office holding a conversation that I was obviously interrupting. I told her that I could bring the money order tomorrow and she told me they're closed on Tuesdays, although the ...paper sign on the office door says m-f 8-5 and she told me to try back next week so I'm guessing the office closes for a week at a time without notice... So glad I didn't put in an application. Also some creepy drunk guy hanging out where the old office is...definitely not where I want to raise my kidsProperty Manager Responded
