June 23, 2023Haven’t shopped for apartments for over 30 years!! Checked this place out, nice apartment but dealing with them is a nightmare! Disrespectful and unrealistic people. I could pay them 1 full year rent up front!! But still they gave me hard time! Renter Beware: Bogus damages after move-out
July 2, 2022TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT!!! They withheld over $1k in bogus damages after I moved out. I was very disappointed since they had otherwise been a very pleasant landlord. They haven't responded to my calls or emails since withholding the money. Learn from my mistakes: document EVERYTHING after you move in and before you move out.Property Manager Responded

Don’t even think
April 2, 2020Do not even think about to move here. Office workers are not friendly and they don’t have any respect to people. First day we had issue about dishwasher and they told us that it’s our fault because we were using wrong detergent. It is ridiculous because we have been using that detergent for 2 years and nothing happened. And l had to throw way my brand new rug. Second day, door of the washing machine broke Not even 1 week later door of the laundry room had issue. In the office who is a lady was ...not helpful at all rather than being ashamed, she blamed us for everything. So if you want to move here l think you should think twice. Don’t waste your money. If any of the executives read this comment please teach your lease office workers how to talk with people politely rather than being rude.Property Manager Responded

Extremely Disappointed...
August 16, 2019Wondered why they had poor reviews on other platforms and now I know why... Received 20% of our security deposit back and we noticed inflated charges on the paperwork we received from the management. Our 3rd story neighbors said that River Ridge had a rent increase of 4%, but they were actually charging them a 20% increase and got it changed when they went to the office to speak to them. It’s unfortunate this happened to us because we enjoyed living here for 11 months. No matter how much cleaning ...you do to your apartment, they will still take a chunk of your deposit.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2018We came across River Ridge and instantly fell in love with it. The amenities are amazing and the property is beautiful. Management is friendly and also listen if there are concerns. The units are awesome and it doesn't make you feel like its an apartment. We call this home for sure. If you don't believe me then give them a call and schedule a viewing. Noise
January 20, 2018Major challenges with upstairs neighbors that have two large dogs, young boy and two adults. Constant noise, dogs running all over, child jumping all over with animals. No way to enjoy my place. Thankfully I travel often to find some sanity. Many recording and communication to management. It comes down to management expecting me to call and stand in my unit to whiteness. Anyone could listen to recordings and common sense with large dogs alone. They also are not controlled, when walking my dog ...their animals are slightly controlled. One of their digs pulled from child's hands and went after my dog. Hard to even pull away. Wonderful community
October 30, 2017We have been living here at River Ridge for 5 months now. Coming from out of state, I looked at many apartments in the area, and these offered exactly what I was looking for. If you want a new complex, walk in closets, quartz countertops (in the kitchen), energy efficient windows and air conditioning – then these are the apartments for you. The tall ceilings make the already nice sized apartments seem even bigger, and the color schemes are great. As for other amenities, the apartment complex ...also has a very nice pool, 24-hr fitness center, playground, basketball court and is right along the Tualatin River. The grounds are always clean and nice appearing and management/maintenance folks are always friendly and happy to assist. In addition, the apartments are along the 93/94 bus stop, which is great if you want to leave your car at home and commute to and from work. I am rating this apartment complex a 4 only because of the parking. October 26, 2017After looking at 13 different apartment complexes in the area my husband and I finally discovered the River Ridge apartment complex in June. We called in advance to book a tour. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and then were shown a few different apartments. By the time the tour was over we knew that we wanted to call River Ridge home. The apartment we live in, we fell in love with when we first walked in. A major bonus for us is that they have A/C and heating units in the apartments. We ...moved to Oregon from Texas and A/C was a must for us. Our kitchen is big, with a bar and nice pantry size. Each bathroom has a heat lamp, and a control for humidity. We have a 2/bedroom, 2/bath, and we love it so much. They have an awesome gym, and an outdoor pool to use. They also have a basketball court and a playground. October 25, 2017I've been with this property for the past three months, and am very satisfied with the service it provides. The property itself is quite new (only 2 years old), so very clean and fancy. Especially, the new gym and pool are managed very well. Indeed, these are the most clean gym and pool I've ever experienced. The property managers are very quick in resolving any issues like washer/dryer problems; only a couple of days if not right away (as well-known, some other properties take a week or two in ...handing such issues).
