Love the location and common areas! Roof top is beautiful. Grills not connected. Poor quality construction by Royal Construction. Owner Tom is very kind.

About River Ridge Luxury Apartments
The River Ridge Luxury apartments are located just across from the beautiful River Prairie Development in Altoona, WI. Walking distance from the River Prairie Park, shopping, and restaurants. All homes include beautiful custom Amish-made cabinets, upgraded stainless steel appliances, bedrooms with walk-in closets, and a assigned heated garage parking with additional spots available for lease! Small to medium size dogs are welcome (some breed restrictions apply), and the pet fee is $50 per month. River Ridge also provides great community features such as on-site pavilions with gas grills, paved trails, common areas, private and shared roof top terraces, and river access located less than a city block away. Residents will automatically be given the Regal Property Management discount for the Staybridge Hotel located in River Prairie, perfect for visiting family and friends. This building features two community rooftop terraces with gas grilles and firepits included for your convenience, as well as a community center, and fitness room! River Ridge is a SMOKE-FREE community and prohibits smoking in the units or anywhere within 25 feet of the property. River Ridge is proudly managed by Regal Property Management which provides 24-hour emergency maintenance services, and flexible leasing options. Regal Property Management professionally manages numerous communities throughout the Chippewa Valley and is headquartered in Eau Claire.
