Residents will automatically be given the Regal Property Management discount for the Staybridge Hotel located in River Prairie, perfect for visiting family and friends. This building features two community rooftop terraces with gas grilles and firepits included for your convenience, as well as a community center, and fitness room! River Ridge is a SMOKE-FREE community and prohibits smoking in the units or anywhere within 25 feet of the property. Love the location and common areas! Roof top is beautiful. Grills not connected. Poor quality construction by Royal Construction. Owner Tom is very kind.
