March 31, 2026We have a problem regarding the two switches for or ceiling lights in our kitchen. They were installed incorrectly during construction and often one of them doesn't turn off or on the lights. Management says there is an issue between the property and the builder and the builder will not change the problem. This is very concerning and frustrating to us. I have found a couple of local electricians to call and guess I will just have to pay for this myself - something a renter should not have to ...do.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025We are very happy here! Although we have only been here about 3 weeks, it feels like home. The staff here is wonderful and everyone is so nice. Right now there are only a few homes occupied but it won't be long before we have many neighbors. The Staff had a meet and greet luncheon to meet the neighbors here already and some that are moving in soon. It was great to get to know everyone. The homes are well constructed and we are looking forward to many years here!Property Manager Responded
