October 31, 2024We have been living at RiverRock at Shingletree for several months now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. Managed by the excellent team of Makayla, Bethany, and Tom, the community is a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. From day one, we felt welcomed and at home. The atmosphere is inviting, with a strong sense of community. One of the highlights of living here is the abundance of activities available. We enjoy playing pickleball, swimming, and having fun at the pool and ...ping-pong tables. The calendar is filled with events that encourage social interaction, keeping the community lively and engaged. Safety is a top priority for us, and we feel secure knowing there's always someone around to talk to. This supportive environment makes a big difference in our daily lives. The apartments and common areas are clean and well-maintained, reflecting the professionalism of the management team. We truly can’t say enough great things about RiverRock Apartments. This listing doesn't do the property justice
June 2, 2024After thoroughly vetting this property, along with a couple others, as we prepared to downsize, there was no question that River Rock had all we needed and more. Kitchen has upgraded soft-close cabinets, quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash, stainless appliances plus a large walk-in pantry. Both bedrooms are sizeable, and each has complete walk-in closets with full bathrooms. Great additional storage throughout the home. And everything is NEW and pristine. Amenities are more resort-like ...and well thought out, and the on-site staff is unbelievably responsive. Beyond their responsiveness, they creatively plan regular events that encourage the development of camaraderie and community among the residents. We are thankful daily that we made the right choice to move here.Property Manager Responded
