Lived here for over 10 years staff in the office is nice and friendly. These apartments are great for first time renters. I love the fact that they are month to month, it's perfect for people like us who aren't sure where we will end up. As newly weds, we want to buy a home, but are glad we have the option to stay or leave with 30 days notice, and no need to break a lease! They are a little dated looking with popcorn ceilings and old countertops, but the space is fairly large for a one bedroom. The living area and bedroom are good sizes, the kitchen is a bit small. ...
The a/c and heater work well and we have a cute fireplace in our unit. It is pretty quiet and all of our neighbors have been friendly. Lots of military because we're close to the base and the month to month agreements. I do wish they would put a little more money into updating, but overall it's been great.

This is a very well Landscaped apartment complex with plenty of parking. Walking distance shopping center & stores in a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors & tenants are pleasant as well as the Office staff. I've lived here since 2006 with no complaints and will continue to call this my home until I can afford an actual house for myself. I would recommend River Run Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I moved to Vacaville in February of 2015. Great neighborhood and great people that keep to themselves. Most of them work all the time like me. The management team is awesome. I've never felt so comfortable and excited to live anywhere. Their considerate and flexible. The complex itself is a very nice place. I never really have an issue with my unit. If I do, it's very small and when I notify them it's fixed right away. I haven't had a hassle or been hassled since I've moved here. This is what ...
