Beautiful Property!!
April 28, 2025Property is very well maintained, leasing was very helpful in picking our unit and the office staff was very friendly. I highly recommend these apartments. Amazing!
March 24, 2025I have lived here for 5 years now, and I love this property. It is very beautiful, my neighbors are great, and current management has done a lot within the past couple of years to beautify the property. Great place to live!
October 18, 2023River Run is a beautiful property, and the units are very well kept. The current management is strict, and you can tell it has helped keep out the bad seeds compared to the old management that let anybody live here. The current maintenance staff has been great! No neighborhood violence, that’s about it
July 27, 2021The land lord will absolutely jerk you around. We lived here for four years before going month to month with the understanding that we could continue this until we were ready to move. 5 days before our month to month came up they opted to let us know that we would need to vacate, in a time where housing, let alone rentals, are nearly impossible to come by on such short notice. I can only assume this is to rent out to someone else. Neighborhood has kids/adults riding noisy motorcycles and atvs up ...and down the street revving their engines at all hours. We have lived in three different spaces on this property and the town houses do not have fans in the bathrooms (and you must do your own mold maintenance) there are constantly new cracks in the walls and ceiling. You WILL hear your neighbors. God help you if they have a dog that likes to bark. You will also absolutely have ants in the summer, we had little ones in the one bedroom we rented and have had big ones and little ones in the townhouse. They’ll come in and spray if you complain enough though. There are also people wandering the neighborhood who will rummage through your car for spare change/goodies if you forget to lock it. This is a great place to live if you’re young and only want to put a year in. Any more than that and you’ll begin to really hate it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Animals
February 2, 2018I'm sad to say that the pet policy should include on the rules that you can't have a cat and dog only one or the other!! That makes no sense honestly. I had to call to ask if the 300 security deposit was for each animal individually or was for all of them. Just for them to tell me you can only have one dog or 2 cats you cannot have both. Honestly I liked it here but after me lease is up in October I'm going to have to leave. The main reason why we chose this apartment was so I can have my dog and ...my girlfriend can have her cat!! The Foxes Run Wild
October 11, 2015I can see why they name this Rive Run. It a quaint apartment complex set next to a river. Very quiet and peaceful. You can go for a nice walk on a Sunday Afternoon and see the stars at night. The maintenance people are Johnny on the spot. The management is really involved and keeps everyone abreast of what going on via a really nice newsletter. I look forward to the quotes for the month in it. Best middle class apartments in town
July 21, 2015I have lived in the River Run Apartments since 2010. I chose them because they provided me with the most amenities I needed. I have a very clean well maintained unit with plenty of room. It has gas heating and cooking, air conditioning, plenty of windows for natural light and opens for fresh air exchange during mild seasons. It has excellent sound proofing so that you barely hear any neighbors so you know your privacy is real secure. The outside of the properties are very well taken care of, kept ...clean, manicured, and the walkways are kept clear in all weather. The townhouses (like mine)have fully covered carports available to each unit. Their pet policy is reasonable and fair,allowing for pet companions for responsible tenants. Units like mine have fully finished basements which provide a comfortable area for children and a very clean and painted laundry area for a washer and dryer if you choose. I also love the tiled kitchen and bathroom floors for ease of cleaning. I hope to live here as long as I can now that I'm retired. I really like the convenience of grocery stores, places to eat and downtown entertainment. The townhouses have large yards areas for children and there is a pool for the residents. They also have many nice options like a place to watch movies, a sharing library and a workout center in the community and office complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
