River Springs is an amazing place to live--the apartments are super nice and the complex itself is beautiful! It is fairly new so everything is very modern and pretty! The facilities (the pool, game room, movie room, etc.) are so nice and also modern! The gym is not very big at all so if you're looking for a good gym you might want to pay for a membership at a local gym instead! Dog park is cute and residents are good about picking up poop so I've never stepped on any! There are also doggie bags ...
& trashcans all around the complex which are convenient. Maintenance is great and respond super quickly. Rosie and the other office staff are super friendly and are very accommodating as well! Gated and lit up well at night so I always feel very safe. The only complaint I have is that there are so many families here so the pool is always full of families which makes it hard to enjoy and we have very loud neighbors because we live under a family with small kids who stomp all the time. But other than that I have loved my stay here and would 10/10 recommend living here if you can afford it! I disagree with the other reviewer about many of their points--water pressure is average or above average for most apartment complexes and I have never seen a cricket in our breezeway. I also have left trash in the breezeway on accident for a few days and never got fined for it--just got a reminder text and simply took it to the dumpster! Also, the night before trash pickup, every building puts their trash out including us and we have never gotten fined or told to stop doing it.
