Nice place but the people in the office needs to be more helpful.
November 19, 2024Nice place but the people on charge is not helpful. If you have any problem it will take several times the maintenance person to come and fix the issue. Not professionals when dealing with residents once the contract is signed.Review from Apartments.com
Better apartments elsewhere
October 15, 2023The only thing I can say is that it is quiet and close to Interstate 65. Moved here in 6/23. They had "supposedly remodeled the older apartments. they put cheap appliances in the kitchen. they left the old washing machine and dryer that look like they are from the 70s. The knobs on the dryer fall off half the time. NO ceiling fans or lights in the bedrooms. Cheap lights were installed in the kitchen. Even though they redid all the bathrooms you can see small holes around the electrical outlets ...that weren't repaired. can't wait till my lease is up to go to Greenwood where I can move into a brand-new apartment for less money and better amenities and not just slap a band-aid on apartments that need more done than what's been done. Worst move we EVER did
July 3, 2018Out of all places we lived, NEVER seen anyone more money hungry and try to charge you for EVERYTHING, care more about getting your money than keeping a good tenant - maybe should focus more on filling vacancies than charging loyal tenants that always paid rent on time.. Even when we moved out getting charged $639 after taking all deposit... Issue after issue... Nice apartment but no different than any other apartment in town thats cheaper.. Good Apartments, but expensive.
