They had "supposedly remodeled the older apartments. they put cheap appliances in the kitchen. they left the old washing machine and dryer that look like they are from the 70s. The knobs on the dryer fall off half the time. NO ceiling fans or lights in the bedrooms. Cheap lights were installed in the kitchen. Even though they redid all the bathrooms you can see small holes around the electrical outlets ...that weren't repaired. can't wait till my lease is up to go to Greenwood where I can move into a brand-new apartment for less money and better amenities and not just slap a band-aid on apartments that need more done than what's been done. June 24, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comApartments are good, although expensive. Lease breakage policy is super expensive and not worth it. Apartments front porch approach area are not maintained. They are pet freindly. Electric bills can be super expensive during winters.
