April 11, 2025It is going on 4 years now calling River Terrace home. There have been a few issues but eventually solved with good outcomes. the setting is beautiful and conveniently located. Staff is available and listens to any concerns. Various social events have been available of recent year. Food carts invited on the property. This adds to the atmosphere of living here. January 27, 2025We were lucky to get in Riverview we found them online from another state. We were drawn to them because they were dog friendly. It is in a great location, central from alot of things. The mall is right down the street. The people that work here are professional and friendly. They clean the grounds daily. Good area. September 9, 2024River Terrace is great, but the A K landscaping company is deplorable. They never finish what they started, and ignore areas wherein a resident may have to clean up after them. I am tired of A K.. after multiple requests over the years to prompt them to do better, they are stil lacking in follow up work. Residents like myself step all over and track in their dirt and debris that they fail to clean up ...after they have moved or clipped. Winds spread it further. It is time for a new landscaping ...company because we residents pay for it (indirectly) in our rent. Thank you.Property Manager Responded
