  • Best property in Westchester!

    I absolutely LOVED living in this building and quite sad to have relocated today. Very clean,quiet and safe property. Management is outstanding and it’s a very well run building. Danielle & Nilda are fantastic and very helpful in dealing with any issue that comes up. They have excellent communication both to personal inquiries as well as things happening around the building. They also run a tight ship. Rules are strictly enforced which doesn’t happen at a lot of other properties. The ...
    maintenance is top notch too. The Superintendent Gerson keeps the building spotless and fixes any issues that come up fast. He and his team are on top of anything that has an issue and needs to be fixed. The train station in the backyard is incredibly convenient to those who commute to NYC. I will absolutely return if the opportunity presented itself where I’m working in the city and need metro north at my door step again. I 100% recommend this property and I’m super picky with where I live too. GDC properties are all exceptional but RiverTides by far is the best.
