Price is as posted, Glenna the manager is very communicative and does an amazing job. I never saw or heard anyone have a pest problem, friendly people, heart of the downtown Sioux Falls area.

Impossible parking

I currently live here and have had my car towed while parked in the parking lot the building leases!!! They have 154 units (so approx 100 people with cars) and maybe 40 parking spots. The after hours maintenance guy gets off on towing people. Also they do "pest inspections" almost every month which I think is excessive and an invasion of privacy. They also do them early in the morning and I work nights so I hate them waking me up at the crack of dawn. As soon as my lease is up I'm gone and never ...
