Impossible parking
October 24, 2017I currently live here and have had my car towed while parked in the parking lot the building leases!!! They have 154 units (so approx 100 people with cars) and maybe 40 parking spots. The after hours maintenance guy gets off on towing people. Also they do "pest inspections" almost every month which I think is excessive and an invasion of privacy. They also do them early in the morning and I work nights so I hate them waking me up at the crack of dawn. As soon as my lease is up I'm gone and never ...coming back!!Property Manager Responded

We have a new system which provides residents a parking pass to park in designated areas, feel free to stop by the office and we will provide more details! Inspections have proven to be successful as our building has been pest free for quite some time and we take pride in knowing that our residents and their belongings are pest free.
