I’ve seen a lot of positive changes recently, and the community is even better than before. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The property is well maintained, and management has clearly been working hard to improve the experience for residents. Looking at this complex and love the big floorplans and the huge utility room. Also the crown molding is nice for an apartment complex. Makes it seem more like a house. Alan, leasing agent, was nice and helpful. Probably will lease the 2 bedroom cause the price is so low.

When I tell you that I am counting down the days until my lease is over… this place is absolutely disgusting. I noted that there was a roach infestation when I moved in and they showed no sign of empathy. I wake up and fall asleep to having to spray toxic roach spray because keeping a clean home is not enough..the problem is the building(s).
If you want to live somewhere where you can’t even have guests over bc it’s embarrassing to see roaches crawl on walls at all hours and not be able to cook ...
in you own kitchen go ahead. Maintenance is also non existent, everything was broken when I moved in. Disposal, sink,fans in the bathrooms, leaky plumbing… I can go on. Not to mention my air filter that hadn’t been replaced in a year before I moved in.

Maintenance is very difficult to get unless it is an absolute emergency. The other tenants leave breezeway very dirty in most buildings. Suddenly have a roach problem out of nowhere for the first time since I've lived here although, the pest control did come in a timely manner. The apartment overall is a good space for the price but, the complex owners cut corners and as a result, management seems to be overrun with issues and has changed three times since I've lived here. I imagine they are ...
overworked, underpaid and not given the proper resources to help tenants.
