My daughter lives here. Very happy with the secured entry. The on-site managers are professional and extremely helpful. The guy that does the maintenance is amazing!

These apartments are as basic as it gets. Nothing great about them, and they’re priced way higher than they should be, especially for SHEBOYGAN Wisconsin. Not only that, but you are in charge of every single utility…. Even trash (no, this isn’t a house). You could expect to pay an extra $100+ each month on top of rent for utilities.
