Worth it, depending on what you’re looking for
June 18, 2020I have lived here since 2017. They have gone through new maintenance staff, managers, and company ... and I can say I’m glad I stayed through it. I hardly have pest issues. Maybe requested 3 times in the time I’ve been here. They also tented the building recently. As long as you’re clean (wash your dishes, throw away trash) it’s not a problem. The breezeways is our responsibility to keep up with. They are obviously older apartments like everything around here, so you have to take care of your ...“home”. I’m renewing for another year as I look for a house to own. You won’t find this square footage and price anywhere else around here. If you need something affordable this is good, if you don’t want to deal with maintaining your home, look elsewhere. The maintenance staff that I’ve dealt with have been quick, and fixed the issue. They were respectful and the office reached out if they couldn’t fix it (I.e order parts) Ever since Marisol & Elizabeth (Liz) took over, I’ve notice more out reach on letting the community know what is allowed and not allowed when things happen, or as reminders. A piece that people forget is we have access to the Hillsborough river (literally) & a fishing dock which is nice when you just want to be away or if you enjoy the water scene. The positive out weighs the negative in the 3 years I’ve been here. The residents I’ve experienced have been nice and respectful. No one is perfect, but overall I feel safe & glad to be here.Property Manager Responded

Decent should clean up property
April 22, 2020I’ve lived here going on 3 years . On each side actually the only part that they keep up with and no noise is infront of the leasing office . The hallways are dirty my hallway stairs are old broken . Only down side the positive is the staff Marisol and Liz ms Wanda are awesome customer service and friendly . Just have to call the leasing office 3-5 times before someone will answer .Property Manager Responded

Love this apt !
March 23, 2020If people take precautions in their own apartment, they won’t have no issues. Bugs come if u don’t clean . I been here 10 years and I never have had that problem. If I put a work order , they come fast and fix it . The staff are lovely and kind . Marisol ( the manager ) and Elizabeth are doing everything they can to listen to tenant and the amenities are clean . For dogs lovers they always have bags in all the areas . My family each time they come , they like the big this apartment is . Also this ...is a gate community. I don’t thing I can’t live in other place . Love it here and I hope I stay 4 ever even the rent go up . All apt raise the rent . The rent is not bad . People complain here and if they move they will complain in the other place as well . You rent a house and won’t be perfect , you rent an apartment and won’t be perfect . That’s the way it is everywhere. If u put an effort having u own place clean . You will see the different. Do not waste your time
July 14, 2018Over 2 years in here, apartments get flooded, pipes get broken, over 4 times roaches Infestation, resident vehicles get towed, maintenance is a joke, laundry closes at night, apartments will be accessed without notifying, gate is always open, cards will not open pool area, this is a joke of place, they do present you everything nice when getting in.Review from Apartments.com

April 10, 2018I love this community. From the time first called everyone has been friendly and helpfull. The units are large and beautiful, the property always looks clean, the staff always says hello when you go into the office. I had some minor issues at move in but they got on them quickly and what they could not handle immediately, I was given a reason as to why and it was done in due time. Don't waste your time
March 9, 2018I've lived here for nine months of my lease. The apartments are old and not maintained. All the plumbing leaks. I moved into my place and killed, 37 roaches the first night. It was two months to get the infestation eradicated with no compensation for the inconvenience. A fire door blew off the building in January, it took two months to replace. The back door to the apartment itself doesn't seal,, and the bugs and lizards come inside. I have an emotional support animal, they've decided to charge ...me for it which is against federal law. Currently seeking out a lawyer. Worst experience I've ever had in fifteen years of renting.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment - great people in office - HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE
February 27, 2017I love the apartment, love the location and people in the office are great to be honest. But when you call maintenance for an issue, be ready to continue calling at least 5 times prior to them acknowledging the issue. And then they continue giving you excuses as to why the issue has not yet been taken care of. I love the apartment but given the consistent issue with maintenance i can't wait to just get out and i've been there 6 years.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
August 28, 2016even though the staff is as courteous as possible and are really nice people this place is out their hands... been in here for 2 months and: have had shower problems, toilet flooding, sink damage, roaches infest, holes in the wall, patio floodings, cabinet issues, among others, there is weird people every now and then on the parking lots doing strange deals. the maintenance wouldn't resolve nothing most of the times until you go 15 times to the offices. the entrance gate is always open and has ...never work, so pretty much any one comes in, gym doors are always close, laundry is close on the weekend and late nights forcing the people who work to go out to do the laundry, the pool lacks of maintenance every now and then, they access on your apartments without permission, among dozen of other things. it ain't that bad, but sure it ain't what they promote, already here so just gotta get use, other than that if I would had known from before hand, I would had never got in here. there's more than a dozen places in close areas better than here with less problem and better condition for the same price..this is just the greystar name trying to raise the bar on bad place probably to sell it up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not waste your money
June 29, 2016This started out as a nice place but it has quickly gone down. The management does not care about anything. The grass gets so tall, I am afraid of losing my dog on our walk. They will rent to anyone and I do mean anyone!!! There are constantly cops here looking for someone. It is really a shame because the place has so much potential.Review from Apartments.com
