WAPPINGERS FALLS-RIVERBEND
February 21, 2019My husband and I moved to Riverbend Wappingers Falls 9 months ago. Our first experience was going to the rental office to meet the agent who was Marie. I was amazed at her attentiveness to our questions and concerns. Every question was answered immediately,with no hesitation which left my husband and I quite comfortable. It was a pleasure viewing the apartments with Marie and walking around the grounds. The experience of renting was suddenly a fun and exciting thing, because Marie made us feel ...that comfortable. So to her I shout out a Big thank you! Since we have been here it has been nothing but pleasurable. We have met so many pleasant and kind people, its just great. I love having my friends and family visit because the grounds are so well kept. My apartment is large and spacious and so comfortable. It was spotless the day we moved in, everything in working condition and continues to be that way. We had needed some maintenance, I told Marie the next morning it was taken care of. The snow removal is on top of things, I can honeslty say It is a great place to be, Marie is on top of it and keeps in moving, and makes sure the conditions of the leases are met. I would recommend these luxury apartments to anyone who might be interested. I know we very happy and feel lucky to have been able to live her. Complex is a disgrace
January 26, 2019Riverbend was a great community a few years ago, the last 6 months it has completely gone downhill. So much so that I tried to break my lease to get out early. Everything inside the apartments is of the lowest grade materials, the actual cabinets in my kitchen are peeling. There is zero sound proofing between the apartments. Worst of all are the tenants they have been renting to. I have a neighbor whose dog barks day and night. I have complained numerous times to management with zero ...results! Nothing. On top of that people are so lazy that instead of parking in a visitor spot they double park or park in front of the curbs causing numerous blind spots and difficultly for me to get to my garage. Again, complaints to management do nothing. Countless times I have stepped in dog poop that has not been cleaned up. The speed bumps to enter the development got 1/2 destroyed by plows so when you drive out you risk getting hit head on by someone entering who can’t be bothered to slow down for the bump on their side and goes in the opposite lane to avoid. This went from a great place to live to a disaster. I can’t wait to leave!!!!! Shame on the management here especially with the high rent!Property Manager Responded

Great Community
September 17, 2018RiverBend is a well-kept, clean and quiet Community. The location is safe and convenient. The apartments feel more like a condo with many amenities – washer/dryer in each apartment, large closets, balcony, as well as clubhouse with exercise room and outdoor pool. Parking is never a problem and most apartments have an attached garage. Marie, the Property Manager is kind, efficient and professional.Review from Apartments.com

May 29, 2014Very beautiful, clean, friendly community. I would recommend to all. It is conveniently located and safe. The only problem is that some of the younger kids that live here are disrespectful and rude, but they don't live in my building so I can ignore them when I need to.Review from Apartments.com
