Location and Staff are still wonderful, however, over time I couldn't help but notice certain things. 1) not sure how the ventilation system works in the James building, but when someone has a strong smell in their apartment, it tends to carry into yours. 2) In the shower area, small flies will randomly appear for what seems like no reason, not to mention an odor from the bathroom no matter how much you clean it. 3) This seems to be the only apartment complex in the area that don't have ...
electronic locks on the individual apartments. You have an app that somewhat works to get into the building (if you lose your key fob), but you still need an actual key for your apartment. This day and age, I feel things can be done better. Outside of those things, I still appreciate the apartment cost and how they lump the utilities in one place to make managing and paying your bills easier.
