Best office staff
June 29, 2022I currently live here and I love everything out these apartments. They are updated and modern. When applying I met Tammy she is very genuine and knows how to accommodate to residents right away. On the contrary the other lady in the office was not approachable very rude. If you’re looking for live here I recommend taking to Tammy first.Property Manager Responded

The Worst Issue
April 24, 2022The worst issue is that you will not find a parking at all. The parkings are all the time full, that is because every apartment have more than 2 or 3 cars. It could be better if they could allow every apartment per one free parking. Then if you have two cars you gonna rent a garage for the second car. ThanksProperty Manager Responded

Apartments okay, petty theft an issue
December 14, 2021So far, so good with the apartment itself. Lots of small hiccups when we moved in (move-in date pushed back 3x, we walked into a dirty apartment, there was a loosely mounted microwave, a wobbly fridge, etc.), but none are deal-breakers for me. The worst part about this place is that people keep breaking into cars in the parking lots. My car was just broken into and ransacked this morning, and of course, there are no available garages to park in now. People walk around all the time due to the ...ongoing construction, and you never know who is an actual resident and who is just creeping around. No cameras in the parking lots either!
