Great Location
February 28, 2020The management is friendly which is important to me! Also important, they’re professional along with maintenance staff. These apartments are close to the freeway but far enough where you will enjoy your quite time. Surrounded by grocery stores convenient stores, drug stores and gas stations, it’s within less than 2 miles from Downtown restaurants ,shops, Historical beautiful Landa Park, Library is also close by. June 2, 2019The staff has been very helpful, and I've had only good experiences since living here! They have plenty of community events which are fun for the kids and the adults! What I like is the versatility and understanding in the community. If you want to be social, there are people out in the public areas to say hi to and are very kind, and if you want to be reclusive, no one bothers you! April 21, 2019I just signed a lease for my 4th year here. I have been very happy with the management, maintenance, and environment here. It is quiet, I feel safe, repairs are addressed immediately, it is nicely maintained and Nancy in the office is always helpful and friendly.
