I wish I can rate this apartment 0 stars. When I first moved here my apartment smelled like old wood and everything was old and falling apart. This place is not worth it! I lived in a unit on the outside of the gate (which was poorly taken care of) and was told I would be moved into a unit inside the gate when ever one became available! Never happened. Since we were outside the gate there would be homeless people sleeping outside by the dumpster, making loud noises, and even digging in the ...

My neighbor came to me and told me multiple times to watch out for rats and roaches because they had some in their apartment, a couple days I came outside to go to work at 4am and came eye to eye with a rat outside my door (I have pictures). They’re so unorganized and do not care for their tenants. They would rarely answer calls or return my voicemails. Very disappointed.
