Horrible!!!!
April 21, 2020It’s a lot of places I can begin talking about this trash dump place. For one people above you make so much noise till they are loud where you can’t get any sleep just bump all night long. If you try to make a noise complain at the office they won’t care as long if they get money. This place is horrible. **CAUTION!!!** Worst place to live EVER!
April 29, 2019This property is the worst ever! We moved in with great expectations only to be disappointed. The leasing agent Paulette is very rude & dishonest. The management sucks. Maintenance requests are not handled in a timely manner. My bathtub faucet was not working properly and would not turn off. Water ran in the bathroom at full capacity for nine days straight. They have a extremely bad mold problem. The units are also infested with roaches & wood rats. The units arent even equipped with electrical ...sockets in bathrooms, closets donts have lights, water is brown & will stop working at any given moment. There has been so many inconveniences living on this property it’s ridiculous!! I am so glad that my lease has finally ended!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 31, 2015I LOVE MY APARTMENT COMPLEX. WHENEVER I NEED SOMETHING FIXED OR REPAIRED THEY DON'T HESITATE TO COME. THE FACT THAT I AM DRAWING DISABILITY AND WASN'T MAKING THE AMOUNT THAT WAS NEEDED FOR ME TO RENT THE APARTMENT THEY ALLOWED ME TO PUT MY DAUGHTER ON THE LEASE AND NOW SHE HAS STOPPED PAYING RENT SO NOW I AM FACED WITH EVICTION. I WOULD TELL ANYBODY THAT IS LOOKING FOR A NICE QUIET PLACE TO LIVE BROOKHOLLOW IS THE PLACE.Review from Apartments.com
