Issues are resolved immediately, grounds are well-kept, maintenance is superb and timely, office staff are patient, kind and professional, and the beautiful views will blow you away. 10/5 stars!!! The office manager, Jessica is so nice & easy to get along with and professional as well. The whole staff are so kind and really makes sure that you are comfortable in ur new apt. The grounds are maintained and so pretty, trees everywhere, beautiful Guadalupe river in ur backyard ! Walking path on the river& so much more!! Close to shopping & downtown. , great eateries nearby. The views are simply amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. I even got a special, to move in here! This helped greatly with moving costs. Everyone we have met here says it’s a wonderful place. Heather, at the office, was also extremely knowledgeable, and helpful getting us through the application processes quickly. The apartment I got was beautifully updated ...and clean.
