Resort-style living
April 11, 2023This property feels different from other apartments I’ve lived at across the nation. Issues are resolved immediately, grounds are well-kept, maintenance is superb and timely, office staff are patient, kind and professional, and the beautiful views will blow you away. 10/5 stars!!! It is also worth noting these neighbors I have are wonderful people. They’re always gathering by the fireplace or at the river to enjoy sunny afternoons in great company.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2023We moved here cross country from the North East about 9 mos ago and its like a secret little paradise! The office manager, Jessica is so nice & easy to get along with and professional as well. The whole staff are so kind and really makes sure that you are comfortable in ur new apt. The grounds are maintained and so pretty, trees everywhere, beautiful Guadalupe river in ur backyard ! Walking path on the river& so much more!! Close to shopping & downtown. , great eateries nearby. River Wonderland!!!
February 7, 2023I just moved in here last week, and could not be any happier! If you love river access, yet close to everything, this is your place! The views are simply amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. I even got a special, to move in here! This helped greatly with moving costs. Everyone we have met here says it’s a wonderful place. Heather, at the office, was also extremely knowledgeable, and helpful getting us through the application processes quickly. The apartment I got was beautifully updated ...and clean. My favorite is all the natural light that comes in, and the granite countertops. Nice work Hawthorne Riverside ?!!!Property Manager Responded
