September 10, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey don’t do anything about noise complaints or loud music and basically expect you to suffer. Rent is high for a mediocre apartment that you have to pay all utilities for. Parking is ridiculous, only certain amount of spots & people take advantage having 3+ vehicles that they don’t even drive half the time. Would not recommend moving here especially if you enjoy peace & quiet and have young children.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comSpace, first of all, is great and my family and I would not even consider moving for the next couple of years although, It is not completely smokefree. my kids would walk home after school and immediately come home complaning tht the neighbor was smoking and that it stunk really badly. other than that though, the towmhomes are great. June 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI was super bummed after renting at this property. The office is an unorganized mess. Every month they’d call and mention something wasn’t paid, you paid the wrong amount, etc. Upon move out they refused to do a final walk through and are not returning phone calls to return an $800 deposit. While living at Riverbend, the road conditions were HORRIBLE for months and they ignored requests and didn’t do anything to accommodate the people living there. They approach this property as an 8-5 job and do ...not care about the residents that actually live there, but care more about the money in their pocket. In the ‘new’ townhomes, the floor was coming up and walls were cracking from the building settling. I would find another place to rent, as this property does NOT live up to Lloyd Companies mission statement or reputation.Read More

She is friendly and made me feel welcome and like I was wanted their and not someone to add to the bottom line. The apartment was what I was looking for. Everything is on one floor.

September 21, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comGreat location - quick access to downtown Sioux City, mall, interstate, etc. Located in nice neighborhood in Sgt Bluff with gas station, grocery stores, medical facilities, etc all right here in town. Lots of cupboards, closets, & storage in apt. Garage is large enough for vehicle plus room for storage. The new pool and office building (with exercise room and community room) are almost completed. The new management is great to work with (the old reviews are from a previous manager). Very positive ...experience - they work hard to keep the property nice and respect the tenants' privacy. We don't hear any neighbor, pet, or interstate noise inside our apartment. Neighbors that we've met are friendly. Would highly recommend!Read More

Whenever I come to the rental office, the manager was so nice. So far I'm satisfied. But things are still under construction. That's why I marked 4 stars.
Looks are deceiving

My house was under construction after being here 2 months because they built everyone's entry way wrong. They allow them to walk in whenever unannounced. They didn't even clean up after they were done. The garage is constantly flooded or nothing but solid ice. The Manager there is clueless mise as well just go up to higher up people to get the issue fixed. The parking here is ridiculous as well. I could go on and on just ...know it's not worth it.Read More
