Do not give them a holding deposit until you are approved. I was told to pay for the application and holding deposit in one form of certified funds. I was denied and then told they will refund the holding deposit within 30-60 days.

I love living here! It’sa nice peaceful community with a great management team. Sue is always trying to make sure there are events in the community for the families who live here and she’s shown herself to be very caring about the families who live in her community. Caiden is also a wonderful asset to the community as she helps keep everyone organized and on track and when there is a problem, Sue and Caiden are a great team who get the job done! Our community is very quiet and peaceful. The community hosts many different events for the families who live here. Our management especially cares for the families in the community and makes sure we feel safe, secure and happy in the community and that really means a lot with all that the world has faced in these last few years. Sue and Caiden make sure things get handled in a timely manner and their follow up is fantastic! This is a great community to live in!

Management is very easy to communicate with and happy to answer questions, and maintenance is friendly and responds in a reasonable amount of time. If you follow the community guidelines, you will only have positive encounters. They really understand the importance of
The community itself is fantastic and very family friendly. The neighborhood always feels safe to walk in, and there are almost always kids playing outside together. ...
Aside from the sounds of kids playing it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I've never had a package go missing from my doorstep or had any concerns about foul play. Also, since management enforces the community rules, the entire complex is very well maintained and was far above my expectations of a mobile home community. Plus there's lots of opportunity for parking on each lot.
Finally, the location is great and the homes are a great deal for the amenities that come with them. My husband and I decided to move on and buy a house... but I was sad to leave Riverbrook. I can't recommend it enough!
