October 11, 2024On my move-in date, I was informed that my apartment wasn’t ready due to it not passing the city’s safety inspection. I’ve now been placed in a temporary unit for three weeks and am still waiting to move into the one I was originally assigned. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I wish I had been notified in advance rather than on the day of the move.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2024My husband and I are OVERJOYED with Riverchase Vista! Many complexes in the Savannah area tend not to have friendly staff or value equal to the amount of money charged. Riverchase Vista is clearly the diamond in the rough. The leasing agents have gone way above and beyond what is necessary to insure that our experience has been a positive one. Frequent follow-up via email and phone is standard operating procedure for them. There have been some items related to being a brand-new building which ...needed to be addressed, all of which the head of maintenance has kindly, quickly and adroitly responded. The move-in process, which frequently irritates me at other properties, has been a breeze at Riverchase Vista. The staff has been very attentive through all of it and has joyfully assisted me navigate some of the things which were confusing or not functioning properly. As with any new building or property, there are bound to be glitches and hiccups. Each one I've encountered has been acknowledged and addressed or a plan of action has been supplied. No excuses, no surprise delays, etc. They do what they say they are going to do. The apartments are fresh and new with wonderful appliances, efficient A/C, good hot water and my personal favorite, ceiling fans that ACTUALLY MOVE AIR!! My apartment is cool and comfortable with the thermostat set at 74 degrees. My husband and I are extremely happy to have settled here at Riverchase Vista and are overjoyed with staff who sees themselves as stewards of an apartment community. I HIGHLY recommend Riverchase Vista and I'm pleased to give 5 stars. :)Property Manager Responded
