Goodbye Rivercreek
December 3, 2021Dear future resident of Rivercreek, Please let me give you the full tour of what it’s really like to live at Rivercreek Apartments. My husband and I moved here April 2020 this was our first apartment. Everything was good for the first few months until I was in and out the emergency room due to the mold and unkept air unit. So If you have asthma you definitely want to live here. Our apartment flooded twice and the ceiling leaked for about a month, leaving behind water damage. So if you ever have ...issues chances are maintenance will only take pictures and promise that someone else will come out to fix it. Trying to call or email the office is like waiting for snow to fall in Augusta, you’ll wonder if they’re just ignoring you at this point or if the people up there just don’t care. Good luck. The best part about living here is the piles of dog poop that is literally everywhere even outside your door. So bringing in groceries, going to work, or even taking out the trash is really fun. Hope you love when dogs are allowed off the leash and let roam freely around the apartment complex. Best of luck to you when it comes to parking because there’s hardly any. When there is parking your neighbors will do a great job of welcoming to you the neighborhood by denting and scratching up your car. You’ll never know who did it because there’s no cameras outside. Last but not least let’s talk about water. If you love having water in your apartment every other week or none at all this is definitely the place for you. Rivercreek will provide you with water jugs to cook with, drink with, or possibly bathe with. The only thing this place loves to do is take your money and still manage to never have any water running towards your facility. So I really hope you enjoy your time living at Rivercreek because absolutely everyone that lives here, hates it here !?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The apartment is roommate style and doesnt provide room for a family but its great for single oriole with no kids. No staff issues and as long as pest control visits there were no issues with bugs. January 21, 2021So far, my experience at River Creek has been positive overall. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews online, but since I've lived here, I haven't witnessed as many problems as others claim. I live on the second floor. No problems with that other than hearing someone's dog bark in the building closeby. Features are what you'd expect for price, you'll need to get your own microwave and ice trays. Despite this community being off of a busy roadway and not being gated, I do feel safe ...even at night so far. I like that there is a pool here. There were some repairs that still needed to be done at move in but they were nothing extremely concerning.
